March 2021 Updates - COVID-19

We’re excited to be open and can’t wait to see you in store!
We’ve been taking care of our communities, customers and team for over 39 years and we now can do so again in person.
The health and wellbeing of our customers and team remains of utmost importance to us, so we wanted to let you know what Level 1 will look like in our stores.
We are taking all the necessary measures to ensure your experience with us is both safe and enjoyable. We are following the Ministry of Health guidelines and as such, these are the steps we have in place;

At the entrance of each of our stores you will meet a concierge – a designated team member that will greet and guide you through our processes as you enter.

Please ensure you are feeling 100% well before visiting.
Everyone who enters our stores will be asked to sanitise their hands as they enter, hand sanitiser will be provided for you.
High touch areas in store will be sanitised often throughout the day.

To ensure we comply with Government contact tracing, all customers must register their contact details before entering the store.
Each store will have clear signage including a QR code that can be scanned before entering our store. Or, you may fill out a paper contact tracing form in store.
Our store concierge will be able to assist if you have any queries about registering. Click here to see our opening hours.

Please stay at least 2 metres from other customers & team members. Remember to stay safe and give space to those around you.

We still offer contactless delivery direct to your door, or if you prefer, you may use the contactless click & collect option at any of our three stores.
Deliveries to some locations are experiencing delays due to high demand on all courier companies. Give us a call or email and find out more about deliveries in your area.
Need information or advice? We offer a virtual consultation via video call with one of our Assistive Technology Specialists you can book a virtual consultation using our online form.
If you have an enquiry, you can contact us by using our online form or by emailing us on info@ilsnz.org.
