Are you looking for accessible conference facilities in central Auckland, close to Auckland Airport and motorway systems?

Overlooking One Tree Hill, Independent Living Conference and Boardroom Facilities are close to the airport and the Royal Oak Shopping Centre, with easy access to motorways and the city centre.

We provide out-of-hours access at no additional cost. Convenient, free parking along Erson Avenue and a car park area opposite 26A Erson Avenue is within easy walking distance of the facilities.

Complimentary carparks near the main entrance are available for presenters. We have accessible carparks near the main entrance for guests displaying a Mobility Parking card.

Catering Options

Independent Living is delighted to provide your group with complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and milk for your meeting. You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages, arrange catering to suit your groups’ requirements or we can recommend local caterers.
