Independent Living is improving how we engage with you, both online and in store!
We’ve got a great new look here at Independent Living, and we’re very excited about it. The desire to improve lives drives us every day, and we’re always looking for ways to do things better. That goes for us as a business as well as you. We have launched our brand new website which not only looks great, but is much easier to navigate and use.
So what does this change mean?
It means we look a little smarter. A bit fresher and more modern. But behind our new branding, you’ll find the same high standards of care, advice and assistance. We’re now offering a wider range of assistive products available to purchase online. Plus, we have included more information to help you make the right choices.

We are also improving your experience in store! We have launched a new sales system that is more responsive and intuitive to enhance your experience. All new systems take a little time to learn, so we ask for your patience over the next two weeks as we master it.
