Here’s how it works:

1. Book online: Hire equipment is offered subject to availability.  To ensure the product you need is available, complete the hire booking form on our website.
   
2. Get confirmation: After submitting your form, you’ll receive a confirmation email from one of our Assistive Product Specialists.
   
3. Pick up or request delivery: You can collect your equipment or request a delivery within the Auckland Metro (fees apply)
   
4. Bond payment: Your bond is paid at pickup and refunded when the product is returned clean and in good condition
